Through supplementary education sessions hosted by James Hektner, BC Interior Regional Community Liaison, and Shannon Rockall, BC Interior Clinical Liaison, local clinical practitioners gain valuable insights from panel input by people with lived experience (PLEX). These sessions address the lack of specialized services for SCI, empowering practitioners with access to best practices and priorities in the SCI community.

Sessions included include SCI 101, Pressure Injuries, PLEX Panel, Indigenous Perspectives, Bowel and Bladder Management, Sexual Health, and Transfers and Mobility.
