Significant downpours pelted the IT hub of Bengaluru on Wednesday evening, flooding numerous districts in the east, south, and central sections of the city amid the forecast for heavy rains in some areas of Karnataka over the next few days. The following three days will see continued rain, therefore the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow advisory, which indicates heavy rain. Flooded basement parking, open manholes, highly wet roads, and damaged automobiles were all visible from low-lying regions. The districts of Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Udupi, Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, Shivamogga, Belagavi, Haveri, Bagalkot, Kalaburagi, Koppal, and Ballary have been placed on yellow alert in the meantime.
