Hi guys, this week's workout is targeted towards toning and building muscle in your glutes and hamstrings. I'm using a resistance band in this video, but even if you don't have one you'll still get a good burn and great results as long as you stay consistent. It's only 5 minutes long as well so anyone can do this. Let's go!
