The West Highland Museum Fort William has had printed, from the original 275-year-old copper Plate, twenty-two prints of the Jacobite Banknotes commissioned by Bonnie Prince Charlie in 1746.
The museum will be keeping 5 prints for the collection.
One note is to be auctioned on Wednesday 18th August at Lyon & Turnbull in Edinburgh.
One note is to be raffled via the Paypal Donate button on the museum website (£10 per entry).
The remaining 15 unframed prints will be available for sale from 12 noon on Friday 27th August. The price will be announced at that time.
