HA GIANG MOTORBIKE LOOP - Be Careful! Don't do what we did.

Описание: Are you thinking of riding the Ha Giang motorbike loop in Northern Vietnam? Then watch this to see some of what you can expect on the Meo Vac Ha Giang to Yen Minh section of the Ha Giang loop. After a rough days riding a couple of days before, we were hoping this much shorter ride would be hassle free...It wasn't.

The drama started as we were getting ready to leave Meo Vac Ha Giang. While loading the bikes, we had an accident. No one was hurt thankfully, but Tash's Honda Wave did require some repair work and fortunately for us the Meo Vac mechanic was open and had what we needed.

As soon as Tash's bike was once again ready riding in Vietnam, we hit the road with the plan of heading from Meo Vac Ha Giang to Dong Van and staying the night there. This stretch of the Ha Giang motorbike loop has some amazing scenery and we're not sure how many times we stopped to take pictures, but it was a lot! And it was at one of those stops we had yet another bike spill! As I slowed down, preparing to stop, the front brake locked and the front wheel slide on some mud, taking the bike right out from under me. It all happened so quick and while there was no damage or injury, the day was off to a rough start!

Then when we arrived at Dong Van, we found the town was totally booked out, which meant we had to jump back on the Honda Waves and continue riding on to Yen Minh.

Thankfully though, after riding from Meo Vac to Yen Minh, we were rewarded with a great hotel deal, cheap cold beers and and a chance to sit back, unwind and laugh at all the days mishaps that we had encountered, riding the Ha Giang loop Vietnam.
