About 1.5 cup…….homemade fish paste


Ingredients to make fish paste:
2 pieces…………….swai fish fillet
1 tbsp………………..dried shrimp
pinch of salt (add it to blend)
Pinch of white pepper powder (add it to marinate)
small amount of oyster sauce (add it to marinate)


Ingredients to make the simple sauce:
1 cup…………….water
2 tbsp…………..soy sauce
1 tbsp…………..dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp………….sugar
1 tbsp…………..potato starch
2 tbsp ………….chopped green onion

魚滑材料:
2 塊…………….龍脷魚柳
1 湯匙…………蝦米
少許鹽 (打魚滑時加入)
少許白胡椒粉 (調味時加入)
少許蠔油 (調味時加入)

1/2 茶匙………糖
