2020 Chevy Camaro ZL1 vs. My 2020 Dodge Challenger 1320 Scat Pack in a 1/4 Mile Drag Race!

Описание: Went to Texas Motorplex outside of Dallas for their 1st Hot Summer Nights event of the year. It's basically just a late night TnT and Hot is an understatement. I wasn't expecting any personal records so I went on my stock 20" wheels. Little did I know I would end up being in a close race against a supercharged Camaro.

For those new to my channel, my car is a weight reduced 2020 Dodge Challenger 1320 Scat Pack. It has a naturally aspirated 6.4L 392 c.i. Hemi rated at 485 horsepower. Engine is completely stock except for a Mopar CAI that makes the hood scoop functional. Pretty much all of my performance gains over stock are due to weight reduction. On this night, with my stock 20" wheels, my car weighed in 255 pounds less than stock. Everything else is 100% stock. Stock block, stock tune, stock trans, stock rear end, stock suspension. Even the 20" Nexen Drag Radials on the back are the original stock tires from the factory.

The 2020 Chevy Camaro ZL1, from what I know, was a pretty much stock 650 horsepower 6.2L with possibly a CAI that was optioned out and according to the owner, weighed 4500 pounds.
