Freeze Drying and Rehydrating Frozen Peas and Corn

Описание: Freeze drying frozen peas and corn.
Freeze drying 2, 5 pound bags of frozen vegetables, peas and corn.
Later, I rehydrate a sample bag of the corn by pouring boiling water over the corn and waiting about 30 minutes. At the end I rehydrate a few of the peas. I poured boiling water over them and let them sit about 15 minutes.
I probably wouldn't use this brand again for freeze drying; the peas and corn from Costco taste better and only cost a little more, but these did work great.
