Police Chief shares disappointment after shootout suspect serves only 51 days in jail

Описание: A suspect in the Bissell Street shootout, where 200 shots rang out and four people were injured, will not spend more time behind bars. Jacob Pittman was sentenced on Tuesday. He received six years, but most of it was suspended and he only served 51 days. That sentencing drew a strong reaction from South Bend's Police Chief. He says it feels like justice was not served.
