Описание: During pregnancy it's normal for a woman to feel like her rings don't fit as well or feel like she has tree trunk legs by the end of the day, especially if she's been out in the hot sun and on her feet for a long time during the day. When you go home, make sure to put your feet up and even though you might think that drinking less water would help the problem it can make it worse. Drink more water, put your feet up and hopefully by the time you wake up the next day you'll notice the swelling isn't quite so bad. Generalized swelling is normal during pregnancy, the type I described. Sometimes you can have abnormal swelling where all the sudden you notice a sudden increase in swelling, especially in the face. If you notice this it would be best to talk to your oby provider and they'll likely check your blood pressure, because a sudden increase in swelling can be associated with a condition called Priaclampsia, this is where a woman's blood pressure starts to rise during pregnancy and it causes fluid from the vessels to be pushed out into the tissues. Again, so a sudden increase in swelling should be checked out by a doctor, but if the swelling goes away after a good night's sleep and you wake up and feel a little bit normal again, and start the whole process again that's pretty much a normal part of pregnancy.
