The Allahabad High Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to Sushil Singhania, uncle of Nikita Singhania, in the suicide case of AI engineer Atul Subhash. Justice Ashutosh Srivastava passed the order while hearing a bail plea filed by Nikita and her in-laws. Nikita was arrested in Gurugram, while her mother Nisha and brother Anurag were detained in Prayagraj for allegedly abetting Subhash's suicide, according to Bengaluru Police.
