2 Medium Onions sliced thin strips
3 Tomatos roughly chopped
3 Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Jeera/Cumin powdered
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli
1 Inch cinnamon
1 Green Cardamom
4 Cloves
1 Full Pod Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
150 Grams Cottage Cheese
6 Hard boiled Eggs
2 Tablespoon Bread Crumbs
1 Uncooked Egg
1 Tsp Gram Flour
Grate the Cottage Cheese & Eggs
Add the Breadcrumbs
Add the Raw Egg
Add the Gram flour
Make an even mix
KOFTAS
Form The Koftas cutlet Shaped Easier for Frying
Shallow fry On Either sides for 3 min or till Browned
Keep aside on Paper cloth For the excess Oil to drain
GRAVY
Heat Oil in a Pan ..
Add the spices- Cinnamon Cardamom Cloves& Dry Red Chillies
Add the Powdered Spices Cumin&Kashmiri RedChilli along with the salt
Fry till Aromatic 2 minutes
Add the whole Garlic n Crushed Ginger
Add the Onion Strips
Saute well ...till onions Lightly Browned
Add the Tomatoes
Cook till Tomatoes are Soft
Transfer to a Mixer/Grinder
Make a Fine Paste
In the Same Pan Add Some Butter
Add the gravy paste
Adjust the Gravy Quantity by adding water
Bring to a boil
Add the Koftas
