🤔 WHO AM I ❓
Garret Wong is the founder and president of Upper Edge Property Management, Wong Capital Corp and also the past president of the Professional Property Managers’ Association.

At Upper Edge Property Management, he leads a team of ~20 staff, creating systems and processes to ensure their investors and residents consistently experience a high level of service, communication and efficiency. At Wong Capital Corp, he and his wife Lisa help investors realize their dreams of creating long term wealth through Real Estate.

In his previous life he worked for a pharmaceutical company, spent 7 years at Winnipeg’s Virology Lab and was a realtor with Century 21 in 2007-2009.

As a property investor since 1997 and a licensed property manager since 1999, Garret brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience to the industry. He has written for the Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine, regularly presents seminars about property management and property investment, and volunteers hundreds of hours per year in the real estate industry.

Host of the top 20 real estate podcast “Investing to WIN,” Garret is now focused on his first passion: acquiring, developing and renovating real estate for long term wealth.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, he is an avid fisherman, enjoys reading, movies, travelling, and loves spending time with Lisa and his two sons.
