Peaky Blinders is a crime drama set in Birmingham, England, in 1919, just months after World War I ends. It follows a powerful family of Irish Traveller and Romani heritage who run the Peaky Blinders street gang, led by the sharp and ambitious Tommy Shelby. Their growing influence draws the attention of Major Chester Campbell, a detective chief inspector sent by Winston Churchill from Belfast to restore order by crushing political groups, street gangs, and organized crime.
The show stars Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby and features an ensemble cast including Helen McCrory as Polly Gray, Paul Anderson as Arthur Shelby, Sophie Rundle as Ada Shelby, and Joe Cole as John Shelby.
