Hey friends, it's Kyle Winn. Today, we are in the beautiful city of Menifee, California. I want to start showing you around and tell you even more about this growing city. But if you don't know where we're at, we're right between Riverside and Temecula along the 215 Freeway, just under 80 miles from both Los Angeles and San Diego. A lot of the major streets that you see around town, as well as the name of the city itself, were named after some of those original settlers who came here to start farming and mining. Fast forward to 2008, the city was actually incorporated, and development has been booming ever since. Menifee really does a great job of offering a recreational and social lifestyle for all members of the community. In addition to all the outdoor recreational activities you'll find here in Menifee, you're also going to discover endless shopping and dining options. Now a lot of development has been taking place in residential housing as well. Here in Menifee, you'll find multiple master-planned communities complete with amenities like pools and clubhouses, in addition to senior living arrangements as well, where our 55 and over residents can enjoy their own private amenities. Now with so many options for housing and recreation to shopping and dining, Menifee really is a great place for people of all ages. But don't just take my word for it.
