how to draw a fruit using the mesh gradient tool in adobe illustrator with some other tips and tricks.
notes i forgot in the video:
in any gradient from black/white to transparent, do not use absolute white or black, use a shade. The transparent color needs to be a color, the color the shadow will blend into.
at the edges of the mesh gradient, do not choose a color from the edge pixels. Because of the blurring, the pixels there are blended with the white background. Choose a color a little bit inside the shape.
