This is third episode of my upper mustang ride. After visiting galeshower dham beni i sarted my ride toward jomsom which is normally 3-4 hrs of ride around (85-90 km) via Beni - Jomsom Rd.
At an altitude of 2743m, Jomsom lies directly below the holy temple of Muktinath, making it one of the most frequented places. One of the premium 108 temples, the ancient site is considered sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists.

Jomsom lies at a distance of 356 Km from the capital city of Kathmandu and 156 Km if you find yourself in the valley of Pokhara. Regardless of your mode of transport, be it airways or roadways journeying to the stunning town will surely be worth your while.

Rupse Jharna also called Rupse Chhahara & rupse waterfall:
Rupse Falls (Nepali: रूप्से झरना) is a waterfall in central Nepal. It is located in Dana VDC of Myagdi District in Dhawalagiri Zone of western Nepal. It is 300 meters (984 feet) tall. The Rupse falls is a popular tourist destination.
Geography
Rupse is located in Beni-Jomsom Highway route. It is approximately 110 km from Pokhara and approximately 40.8 km from Jomsom. Kali Gandaki Gorge, the deepest gorge in the world, and the Kali Gandaki river are nearby.

Kali Gandaki Gorge::
The Kali Gandaki Gorge or Andha Galchi is the gorge of the Kali Gandaki (or Gandaki River) in the Himalayas in Nepal. By some sources, it may be one of the deepest gorges in the world. The upper part of the gorge is also called Thak Khola after the local Thakali people who became prosperous from trans-Himalayan trade. Geologically, the gorge is within a structural graben.

The gorge separates the major peaks of Dhaulagiri (8,167 m or 26,795 ft) on the west and Annapurna (8,091 m or 26,545 ft) on the east. The portion of the river directly between Dhaulagiri and Annapurna I (7 km or 4.3 mi downstream from Tukuche) is at an elevation of 2,520 m (8,270 ft), which is 5,571 m (18,278 ft) lower than Annapurna I. As tectonic activity has forced the mountains higher, the river has cut through the uplift.
