At the start of the year, turn all your hangers toward you. As you wear, wash, and rehang clothes, turn the hangers away from you. By the end of the year, you'll see what hasn’t been worn and can decide if it’s time to let it go.

✨ Tip #2: Check the Labels
If you're unsure about keeping something, check the label! I made a big decision to say goodbye to 100% polyester. Why? Polyester can leach microplastics, which may disrupt hormones. Instead, I'm opting for natural fibers like linen and cotton.

✨ Tip #3: Assess Condition
When decluttering, look for clothes that are:

Pilling
Stained
Ill-fitting
