Remember... remember... what the WBFF judging criteria is:

40%- Overall Marketability
40%-Physique
20%- Stage Presence, Poise, Confidence

You spend so much time in the gym, don't lose it on the stage - even the top pros have have taken stage classes with Alex and Toby to look that good!
