Описание: Bees are enjoying a warm sunny morning in my accidental wildflower patch on a patio level as they grow between the paving bricks, primarily Phacelia tanacetifolia. I love watching them as they scout around, shoulder their way past the stamens and pistils to the nectaries, drink their fill, then back out and the pull off pollen to pack on their back legs--note their bright blue 'saddlebags' full of Phacelia pollen.
