Almond butter cups recipe from video 🍫
I don't really measure however, I poured almond butter into a bowl (about 1/2c) then slowly added in oat flour and mixed until desired consistency was reached (refer to the video for consistency) smooshed that into a silicone cupcake mold and topped with chocolate
for chocolate - I melted chocolate chips (1c) over the stovetop double boiler method with a little extra virgin coconut oil 1-2 tsp and a dash of celtic sea salt - then poured a thin layer over the base layer.
freeze for minimum 1-2 hr then pop out and enjoy! I kept mine stored in the freezer but you could probably store in the fridge or a less firm base layer texture.
