Since February 2020, the R1100D impactor with screen box and return belt has been creating valuable aggregate for CSB Mobile. The easy handling and good performance of the impact crusher as well as the possibility of processing various materials were key criteria for the purchase.

Seit Februar 2020 produziert die mobile Prallbrechanlage R1100D mit Siebbox und Rückführband wertvolles Endkorn für CSB Mobile in Casablanca/Marokko. Die einfache Handhabung und gute Durchsatzleistung des mobilen Steinbrechers, sowie die Möglichkeit, verschiedenste Materialien zu verarbeiten, waren die wesentlichsten Kaufkriterien.
Der Hauptvorteil des hydrostatischen Antriebs ist die konstante Brechleistung aufgrund der kontinuierlichen Anpassung des hydrostatischen Drucks an die Leistungsanforderungen des Brechers. Dies führt zu einem spürbar reduzierten Dieselverbrauch pro produzierte Tonne. Zusätzlich profitiert der Kunde von geringeren Verschleißkosten im Vergleich zu einem herkömmlichen Kupplungssystem.
