Juggling the stress of academic and personal responsibilities can be draining. If you have ever felt burned out or inefficient, the answer might be developing better self-care habits. Continuing to drive an automobile without doing regular maintenance would not be a good idea and neither is continuing to push your self without regular self-care. Come to this workshop to learn practical strategies for improving self-care.
