LOCATION: Intersection of N Acacia Ave & E Commonwealth Ave.
CITY: Fullerton
DETAILS:
Just before midnight Wednesday night, units from the Fullerton Police and Fire Departments as well as assistance from the Urban Search and Rescue unit from Anaheim, were dispatched to a possible vehicle into a building.
The incident took place at the intersection of North Acacia Avenue and East Commonwealth Avenue in Fullerton.
Arriving units found a single car that jumped a curb and breached the wall of a pair of apartments at the Cambridge Court senior assisted living facility.
One resident was injured, but refused treatment
After speaking with the female driver, officers conducted a field sobriety test.
Upon their investigation, they arrested the driver for suspicion of driving under the influence.
