There is not needs to use eggs to get soft and tender, thin crepes. This recipe is very easy and quick, it takes only 30 minutes from start to cooked crepes.
Ingredients:
180ml (3/4 cup)– milk
2 tbsp – granulated sugar
2g (¼ tsp) - salt
160g (1 ¼ cup) - all-purpose flour
3g (¾ tsp) – baking soda
130ml – water (hot)
10g (1 tbsp) – vegetable oil
Recommendations:
~You can use any fat сontent milk.
~Better to eat in first day.
~After crepes have cooled you can cover them with plastic bag and store in the refrigerator for 2 days.
If you take the crepes from the fridge, i recomend reheat them in pan coverd with lid on low heat, you can add some butter as well.
~ Perfect with sweet and savory fillings. You can make crepes cake with them and also use as wraps.
