Kathryn and Tara:
Business coach Kathryn Sabol and communication strategist Tara Heaton are passionate about using authentic, vulnerable communication to create connection and build community. That makes them the ideal duo for Wednesdays' theme: Communication and Relationships.

Tara brings decades of success as a speaker and sales leader; but it was her daughter's traumatic brain injury that catalyzed the development of her platform, Talk to the Brain. It is through this platform that she coaches leaders to communicate in honor of what the brain needs to be impacted by language.

Kathryn built and sold a thriving manufacturing business before becoming a business coach. Like Tara, Kathryn has a special needs child who has taught her to slow down, be present and enjoy life’s precious moments. Kathryn uses both her business experience and what she has learned as a mother of a differently-abled child to bring desired results to her clients.

Kathryn and Tara believe that through authentic communication, we can all achieve a greater sense of power, freedom, and joy. Being so aligned, they are launching a podcast, Truthfully with Kathryn and Tara, where they hope to inspire people to be courageously truthful.
