I'm back!
I had a lot of work to do this summer and I've made a few changes to the design: I made the nozzle throat smaller and that, coupled with a lengthened combustion chamber, increased the L* sufficiently to allow proper/complete combustion. I also swapped the doublet impinging injector for a triplet impinging type, which greatly improved the mixing of the fuel and oxygen. Lastly, I added a short steel hose to the end of the oxygen line to avoid "hose-rich combustion" going forward. (you can find updated schematics and pictures here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder...)
This test was a huge success, and the engine performed much better than expected, getting up to a chamber pressure of 200psi!
That said, my thrust recordings seem a little...too high (seeing as it was getting readings that would the Isp over 320s...that's a little farfetched if you ask me) and so I'll need to recalibrate that sensor before I can get any useful thrust data.
