With the release of the SWAMPS OF CORSUS DLC, you can now get an ALT KILL on THE UNCLEAN ONE in Corsus.
To do so, creep downstairs before engaging him and hide in one of the pots. You'll then get to fight him underground and get the boss material to build yourself a new flail!
