Corelogic’s NEW REVISED Housing Market Forecast

Описание: Corelogic just released their NEW housing market predictions for the next 12 months. Hint: they are even more bullish than their previous housing market forecast. So, in today’s real estate market update, I share all the details including a new survey from Fannie Mae which found only 24% of the respondents said it was a “good time to buy” a house (an new all-time low)

To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30yr fixed rate mortgage is around 5% for the current mortgage rates (at the time of filming this video). That’s up ~1.7% YTD for the average 30yr fixed rate mortgage.
