Sammy was driving Bendy crazy so He throw Sammy in the deep hole and send him to the deepest floors in Joey Drew Studios. Bendy thought that he got rid of Sammy, but he survived the fall. But, while Sammy was falling he started having flashbacks about how he and the other workers become lost ones, searchers, and other monsters. After the flashbacks, Sammy woke up in a pool of ink and he thinks about more ideas about how to make Bendy forgive Sammy, so, he can get his real heart back. Sammy's gear heart was hurting him a lot.
Alice angel was still doing lots of evil and dangerous experiment, so she can be beautiful again. She was trying to find Boris, but he escaped. Alice keeps failing and Boris keeps winning.
Tom and Allison were fighting about should they find Henry now or not? Boris got scared, worried and upset, so he wanted to find Henry by himself. Boris left alone without bringing a weapon.
Boris escapes from Alice again, ran away from Bendy, and founds a place to rest, But Bendy was still following Boris. Boris woke up from a loud sound and when Boris looked up, he saw Bendy! Bendy told Boris that he doesn't want to hurt him. He wants to help him find Henry. Bendy took out his hand and Boris joined Bendy for the dark puddles. Sammy was struggling so much he wanted a rest. But before he was about to sit down, he saw Bendy! holding Sammy's heart! Sammy was about to grab the heart away from Bendy but...Bendy just eat the heart. Sammy was in shock. Bendy started attacking Sammy and Bendy won. Sammy was laying on the ground and Bendy took out Sammy's gear heart. Sammy slowly dies. Later, Norman found Sammy's body. Norman picked Sammy up and carried him to the ink machine to bring Sammy back to life.
Sadly, Sammy didn't had an happy ending...or did he?
