Easy and strong way to build your Rolling Thunder lift up!
Program: (3weeks)
Weights & sets (1st event)
1st week 50% 1RM, 2nd week 60% 1RM, 3rd week 70% 1RM.
Lifts: 5-7. Put more chains with every lift and do the last one lift to failure.
Weights & sets (2nd event)
+10-15kg more than your real 1 RM lift.
Use hangbar bands (light position) and do 2-3 sets x 3-5 reps
4 week is light week. Do 3x3 and 70% from 1RM
5 week is test. Do 3 "contest lift" and you will know what is your new 1 RM.
