My daughter's birthday was a few days ago. So, to treat her office colleagues, I made Kacchi Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kosa and sent it to her office. I had to prepare both dishes in a very short time. My daughter and husband helped me a lot with the chopping and grinding of the ingredients.

5. Tumeric powder
6. Redchili powder
7. cumin powder
8. Salt
9. khoya kheer/ sugar
10. rose water
11. kaora water
12. aror
13. Biriyani masala
14. 7 wanderers spices ( Garam masala)
15. Milk
16. Normal water
17. lemon
18. Ghee
19. vegetable oil/ mustard oil
etc.
