Assam Exit Polls: NDA Likely To Get 10-13 Seats in Assam | Lok Sabha Polls 2024 | N18EP

Описание: With the conclusion of the seventh phase, polling for the Lok Sabha 2024 elections ended on Saturday. While Assam voted in three phases, most of the other northeastern states voted in single or double phases. The News18 Mega Exit Poll has predicted a landslide victory for the BJP-led NDA.

The News18 survey has predicted 10 to 13 seats for NDA, two to five seats for INDIA bloc, and one seat for others.

Assam has 14 Lok Sabha seats out of which 11 seats are for the general category, while one is reserved for the Scheduled Caste (SC) and two for the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won 9 seats, Congress 3 seats, AIUDF 1 seat, and Independent 1 seat. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP secured 7 seats, Congress, 3 seats, AIUDF 3 seats, and Independent 1 seat.
