Building a cruising sailboat
After some difficulties, the forward-looking deadlights are fitted. We do some experiments to find the best home-made bronze cleaning product, and the portholes are fitted in the cabin sides.

This is the story of my building of a Jay Benford designed, 31.8ft, junk-rigged, schooner dory. The boat utilises a hard-chined, plywood construction and this design of boat is a proven, capable, ocean-going vessel. Boat building with plywood is a relatively easy and cost-effective way to produce a strong, monocoque-style boat hull. These videos aim to show the way in which I go about it.
Thank you!
Tony
