I bought a discounted IKEA blanket and thought, why not turn this into a jacket.
Somewhere along the way I accidentally used an AI-generated sewing pattern, which explains… a lot.
This video is me figuring it out in real time. The blanket, the pattern, the fit issues, the moment I put it on and realised I might have made a terrible decision. It’s not a tutorial and it’s definitely not perfect.
If you like watching sewing projects that don’t go to plan, upcycles that feel a bit unhinged, and creative experiments where the end result is questionable but the journey is fun, you’ll probably enjoy this.
And yes, I do think I look like a clown at one point. I stand by that.
