Active Sussex supports schools across the county to put PE, school sport and physical activity at the heart of school life.
In this video, Thomas a Becket in Worthing, Little Common School, in Bexhill, and Southwater Junior Academy, in Southwater near Horsham talk about why they placed so much emphasis on physical activity.
These schools do not just encourage pupils to be active during PE lessons, but during other lessons, at playtime and before and after school.
