Advocate Strikes Only Harm Common Man: Justice S.N. Dhingra

He denounced strikes by lawyers as a “waste of time” that fail to provide real solutions and instead deepen the crisis in the justice delivery system.

Justice Dhingra underscored that it is ordinary litigants who bear the brunt, as delayed proceedings add to their hardship and erode faith in the legal system. Stressing the responsibility of the Bar towards society, he urged lawyers to pursue dialogue and constructive engagement instead of abstaining from court work.
