The San Pablo - Lucena line of the Philippine National Railways (PNR) is a 44-kilometer inter-provincial rail line connecting Lucena City in Quezon province and San Pablo City in Laguna. According to former President Rodrigo Duterte, the trip will be shortened from a one-hour drive to a 30-minute train journey.
The PNR Lucena-San Pablo Commuter Line is part of the 560-kilometer PNR Bicol Express that links Metro Manila to the Southern Luzon provinces of Laguna, Quezon, Camarines Sur and Sorsogon.
