What Packers fans are saying about coach Matt LaFleur's reported contract extension

The Green Bay Packers won't be one of them after Matt LaFleur signed a multi-year extension, according to reports.

Fans were quick to respond on social media, offering plenty to say.

Randall K. said, "More years of nothing!"

Timmy R. added, "One and done in the playoffs seems to be working very well to get a new contract."

Fans in the Packers Pro Shop at Lambeau Field, had a different outlook.

"The grass is not always greener on the other side when they were looking for a new coach. It's just like, I think he's got a great offensive mind. I think he's got the locker room. Like I think he's got the guys around him and that's the most important part," said Eli Kraiss from Port Washington.

In his seven seasons leading the Packers, LaFleur has won 76 games to just 40 losses.

He's made the playoffs six times, yet only has one playoff win in the last five years.

Even though the Packers' season ended just one week ago, excitement for their next opportunity to chase a Super Bowl is already building.
