5/4+ thickness rough cut Hardwood Maple boards (we use hardwood maple due to the high density and tight grains which is ideal for engraving and color filling)
Inexpensive Acrylic Craft Paints
small flat head artist brush
Shellac Wood Sealer
Chip Brush

paper towels (ripped in small pieces and damp with water)
Sandpaper (180 + 220 grit for sander)
Clean rags
Denatured Alcohol
4x4 cork square with self-adhesive (from Amazon)


PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):
Safety goggles
Dust mask

Tools:
Push Stick
6" Metal Rule
Table saw with fence and cross cut sled (We used a SawStop)
6" Jointer (We used a Delta)
Bandsaw with fence (We used a Rikon)
Thickness Planer (We used a DeWalt)
Router with table (We used a Bosch with an 1/8" round over bit)
Orbital Hand Sander (We used a Makita with 180 and 220 grit paper)
Laser Engraver (We used an Epilog Mini 50 Watt)
Air Compressor
