Rogue and Wolf's Inability to Accept Criticism

Описание: Regardless of the size of your brand it is imperative that you are open to valid criticism. I filmed this a little while back and have spent the past couple weeks editing it, but they are still on the attack.
The thing about being a brand owner is that you can't please everyone. Sometimes the responses you get will be nasty for the sake of being nasty, but at other times your customer base will have actual concerns that you need to address. I have seen numerous brands make mistakes in the past, apologize for the mistake, correct the mistake, and move on. Most consumers want a brand to succeed. Shocker, I know! They want the brand to do well in the future. That is why they inform the brand in question if they have done something hurtful. That's why situations like this are so frustrating. Rogue and Wolf isn't just doubling down. They are flat out insulting the customers who disagree with something they are doing, and their excuses are so chock full of logical fallacies that I think Spock would actually weep!
I am part of a very tiny small business. None of us enjoy negative comments or bad reviews, but if you want to continue on an upward trajectory you HAVE TO be open to corrections and critiques.
