Train Tech SFX20 - Fitted to a Triang Blue Pullman and running on track power

Описание: The SFX20 is a great little device for providing diesel sounds in model locomotives.
In my Blue Pullman I have a LiPo backup power on board charged from the track power to provide extended lighting after the locomotive has stopped.
To avoid needing to change batteries, I have used the backup power regulated to 3V to power the SFX. This allows the SFX to continue to operate after the train has stopped.
I have also used the track power to drive an oscillator to replace the sensor to inform the SFX processor when the train is moving. This is useful when the placement of the sensor is difficult due to constrained space.
