Описание:
5 minutes of cardio activity (walking, jogging, running, trampoline, etc.)
Then do this circuit:
15 Squats
20 Arm Circles (reverse direction half way) 10 Lunges each side
10 Triceps kickbacks + 10 Pulses
20 Glute bridges
30 sec - 1-min Plank
Repeat the circuit for a total of 15 to 25 minutes, and then cool down with light movement (such as easy walking) to bring your heart rate back to normal. Stretch.
