About the Recording:
Fraps full version, 640x480 @ 30fps = 480p native.
GTA2 running in window mode, 1280x960 @ 30fps so Fraps is set to record "half size".
Encoded using VirtualDub with X264 video and Lame MP3 audio (stereo).
GTA2 window on 24 inch Dell U2410, set as primary screen in Windows.
