▪️គ្រឿងការីធ្វើនៅផ្ទះ ៣ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
▪️ម្ទេសផ្លោកគ្រៀម ៥០ ក្រាម
▪️សណ្តែកដីកិន ២ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
▪️សាច់មាន់ ១គឡូ
▪️អំបិល ១ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
▪️ស្ករ ២ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
▪️ទឹក ១ កែវ

▪️ចុងក្រោយអាចដាក់ស្ករ ១ ស្លាបព្រាបាយទៀត

Part 1 - cooking the meat
▪️ 1 can coconut milk ( 400ml)
▪️ 30-50g fermented fish
▪️1 &1/2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
▪️ 3 tbsp homemade curry paste

▪️ 50g red dry pepper ( chopped in paste )
▪️ 2 tbsp roasted crushed peanut
▪️ 2-3 lbs of chopped chicken or other meat
▪️ 1 tbsp salt
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1 cup of water

Part 2: adding water and other ingredients
▪️ 3L water
▪️ 1 tsp salt
▪️ 1 tbsp chicken powder
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 2 tbsp fish sauce

Part 3 : once the meat is tender
▪️ 1 lb potatoes (cook for 10mins on heat #8)
▪️ add onions once potatoes is cooked
▪️ add the rest of the vegetables after onion is cooked for 2 mins
▪️ once the soup is boil add the last can of coconut milk
▪️ bring it to boil and cook for 2 minutes

Note: give it a taste and see if you want it a bit more sweeter, can add 1 tbsp of sugar
