The film is written and directed by Sam Kelly and also stars Chelsie Preston Crayford, Seth Flynn, Haanz Fa’avae-Jackson, James MAtamua, Jack William Parker, Alex Raivaru, Olly Presling, Lotima Pome’e, Italiyah Wilson, Eden Flynn and Poroaki Merritt-McDonald.
Plot: Inspired by the true stories of New Zealand's street gangs across 30 years, SAVAGE retraces the footsteps of one of its founding members at three different critical moments in his life. Torn between his biological family and the gang he now calls his own, Danny has to make a choice.
Savage is released in cinemas on the 4th of September, 2020.
