The Leadership Base Camp helps to set up our students for success before beginning their 3-year apprenticeship journey. The camp focuses on teaching potential apprentices the skills that prepare them for work as well as helping them learn to lead themselves. LBC also acts as the final selection stage for BluLever apprentices, ensuring that over the 2-month camp we are able to get to know students and select those who are best suited for an artisan career. These are the #FutureFixers.
