Here's a full route journey visual of the 120, which runs from Halfway, Tram Park & Ride to Ranmoor, Notre Dame High School via Crystal Peaks, City Road and Sheffield City Centre. Filmed on ADL Enviro 400 Hybrid YN62BZG 12177.
I don't know how or why the driver went the wrong way around Sheffield Station (I cut it out of the timelapse version • Stagecoach South Yorkshire 120 Full Route ... , but I kept it in for you on this video. After going straight on past Harmer Lane, we basically did a full loop along the Halfway-bound section of Shrewsbury Road, rather than just u-turning past the station via Leadmill Street, which could've saved some time. At the time, I was very shocked to see a 120 driver go the wrong way (especially considering we were in the right lane to turn right onto Harmer Lane), however I guess everyone makes a mistake from time to time.
I was a bit annoyed the announcements weren't on, but I guess knowing the speaker volumes on Holbrook's E400s, you probably wouldn't have been able to hear them with the fans on anyway!
