C'est la quintessence de la vie.
C'est quoi le chemin pour être heureux ?
Pour être heureux il faut être des fois malheureux pour reconnaître le bonheur, l'apprécier et en être reconnaissant d'être en bonne santé entouré des personnes qu on aime. La recette du bonheur est si simple et très facile à atteindre si on n'y pense pas trop. Le bonheur est si difficile à atteindre que la plupart passe à côté alors qu il faut juste bien ouvrir les yeux, les oreilles sentir la vie. La vie c'est le bonheur absolu.

What is the way to be happy?
To be happy you have to sometimes be unhappy, to recognize happiness, to appreciate it and to be grateful for being in good health surrounded by the people you love. The recipe for happiness is so simple and very easy to achieve if you don't think about it too much. Happiness is so difficult to achieve that most miss it; when you just have to open your eyes wide, your ears feel the life. Life is absolute happiness.
