An investigation has been launched after a woman was shot at an address in Dudley.
Police were called to reports of a firearms discharge at an address in Priory Road, Dudley, just after midnight today.
Two shots were fired at an address, and a woman was hit by one of the shots. She was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where she remains.
Police understand the concern in the community this incident will raise. Officers will remain in the area and be carrying out reassurance patrols.
Investigators are carrying out enquiries to identify who’s involved.
